Scope

The hoist services 6 landings over a total height of 35 metres. 

Challenge

The hoist was installed out of hours to overcome the complex logistical nature of the project including close proximity to a school. The anticipated hire period on this project is 20 weeks and this is the second hotel refurbishment project that Brand Access Solutions have supplied to John Sisk, following on from The St. Ermines Hotel in St. James, London.
