Brand Access Solutions Shortlisted for Two NASC Scaffolding Excellence Awards
July 9th 2026
Brand Access Solutions is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for two prestigious Project of the Year awards at the 2026 NASC Scaffolding Excellence Awards.
The annual awards recognise outstanding achievement across the scaffolding and access industry, celebrating projects that demonstrate engineering excellence, innovation, collaboration and the highest standards of safety.
This year, Brand Access Solutions has been shortlisted in the following categories:
Project of the Year (Medium)
Henry Cotton Building, Liverpool
Delivered in partnership with VINCI Building, the Henry Cotton Building project involved the design and installation of a highly complex access scaffold and temporary roof solution to facilitate the removal of the existing roof and construction of two additional floors.
Despite significant engineering and logistical challenges, including a large free-standing scaffold design and restricted city-centre working conditions, the project was completed safely, within budget and one week ahead of programme, showcasing the expertise of our operational and engineering teams.
“The VINCI Building team at the Henry Cotton Building, Liverpool John Moores University, have been highly impressed with Brand’s delivery of the 1,637m² scaffold tent. Despite the scale and complexity, the structure was delivered safely, on programme and to an excellent standard. Health and safety, quality and communication were all exemplary. This installation is set to be a key contributor to the project’s success.”

Project of the Year (Large)
Jenners Department Store, Edinburgh
Delivered for GRAHAM Construction, the Jenners project has been recognised for its role in the restoration of one of Scotland’s most iconic Category A-listed buildings.
The bespoke access solution combines complex internal and external scaffolding, innovative in-house engineering and close collaboration with project stakeholders to support the careful restoration of this historic landmark, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the ongoing works.
“Brand Access Solutions were chosen to carry out all the major scaffolding works at Jenners due to the complexity and location of the work in Edinburgh city centre. The scaffolding build ran very smoothly and was down to the high quality of management from the Brand site and project team.”
– Andrew Little, Project Manager, GRAHAM Construction
Being shortlisted in both categories is a fantastic achievement and reflects the dedication, expertise and collaboration of our operational, engineering and support teams, as well as the strong partnerships we continue to build with our clients.
Congratulations to everyone involved in these outstanding projects, and best of luck to all finalists at the 2026 NASC Scaffolding Excellence Awards.
