We introduced high-yield, 3.2mm tube to the UK market and continue to pioneer its use, along with braceless scaffolding and adjustable transoms: all innovations aimed at providing safer and faster solutions for clients.

We offer an extensive range of compliant scaffold tube, fittings, boards and accessories, suitable for complex building and plant profiles, fitting into awkward spaces and accommodating changing requirements.

Our durable 3.2mm tube formed of galvanised steel has the added benefit of being 25% lighter than traditional scaffold tube. We also have significant stock of aluminium tube for where this suits the application. All of our scaffold fittings are manufactured to EN74, and all scaffold boards meet the requirements of BS2482.

All double fittings (the critical load-bearing fitting) are EN74 class B. These fittings have a 50% greater design capacity compared to cheaper pressed steel fittings. Brand Access Solutions has made a substantial investment in high quality specification fittings: a tangible sign of our commitment to safety for workers.

At Brand Access Solutions we developed CUPLOK® scaffold: the original, safe, fast and flexible system scaffold. CUPLOK is a fully galvanised, multipurpose steel system scaffold for general access, shoring and supporting vertical loads. It is ideal for a wide range of applications including continuous façade, circular scaffold, birdcage and staircase access as well as for renovation, masonry and
support. CUPLOK staircase, mobile towers and loading bays are also available in our range.

Code of Practice

The NASC have issued a list of system scaffold products and suppliers, further to an audit carried out on behalf of the NASC.

Contracting companies in particular are urged to source their system scaffold requirements from the listed products and suppliers, all of which comply with the stringent requirements of the NASC Code of Practice audit for system scaffolds.
